If you are printing manually, wait for the printer to print the first side of all copies. If your printer automatically prints double-sided, simply wait for the process to complete.

Specify the number of copies you want in the Copies box, and then click the "Print" button to begin printing. If your printer supports automatic double-sided printing, select “Print On Both Sides.” If it does not, this option does not appear, so select “Manually Print On Both Sides” instead. A drop-down menu showing a list of available print modes appears.
#Single sided printing mac word driver#
If Mac 10.12 Sierra, I would guess Apple is using their driver ( 3.81.1) and and even though their IT may have installed a Xerox driver ( 3.90) it isn't being chosen during installation. With nothing to go on I can only guess obviously. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. Re: Unable to print single sided from Mac (MS Word and Adobe Reader) on Xerox WorkCentre 7830. This is very frustrating and wasteful. Thanks John. Select “Settings,” and then click the “Print One Sided” button. Most of what I do has to be one sided and I waste a lot of paper and ink when I forget and send a large document to my printer only to have it print in double sided mode. File > Print > Copies & Pages > Layout > Two-sided > Long-Edge binding Every time, I have to manually turn it off to get basic, single-page printing. Ensure that your finished invitation has two pages: an inside and an outside page.Ĭlic “File,” and then select “Print” to open the Print menu. Essentially, when I choose Print, it is selected by default on 'Long-Edge binding' in the 'Two-sided' option. Add your custom text to the template, and make any necessary design changes.
